Wood Repair
Our expertise in wood repair began in 1999 when we received a call from one of our corporate clients.
They wondered if we could help solve a dilema by repairing some wood furniture damage while we were in the home doing leather repair. This capability is very popular with customers because it allows them to only have to deal with one service call instead of two. By applying our proprietary technique and knowledge of colorization and grain patterns we made the client happy by eliminating the dilema for less cost.
Since that time, we have invested in extensive time in research; testing and study of wood, wood products, stains and finishes to further enhance our expertise. Special attention was given to fine-tuning our proprietary technique on the varying hardnesses of woods, their natural colors, complex wood grains and patterns, and even intricate engraving.
Our son carved a bird in the front of our piano. He thought the wood grain needed a distinct shape. Like New Repair Services came in my home and on the spot fixed the problem that had been an eyesore for years.
